The gel pads can last up to 3 months if you take good care of it and follow our care section on the Welcome Guide. 2. Remove the storage sheet
3. Position the gel pad on your body
4. Press the ON/+ button to power on
5. Use the program button to select your desired mode
6. After selecting, use the ON/+ button to increase intensity or the OFF/+ button to decrease intensity
Please note that the program runs for approximately 12 minutes. We recommend avoiding continuous changes between modes after your initial selection to allow the device to operate smoothly.
